Making A Difference

Coaching Explained

There are many methods being used today for coaching and motivating people to bring about the changes they seek. Coaching is ultimately about having a happy, balanced and successful life.

Coaching is about moving forward, and taking actions to create your desired outcome, so that old habits that hold you back and restrict you are replaced by new habits that support you.

Clients come to coaching for many different reasons. Some might opt to work on specific areas in their lives such as career progression, where this can be the main focus for the coaching.

To achieve greater happiness, we ideally need to have a good balance between personal relationships, friends and family, career, money, health and fitness, personal growth, fun, leisure and the home you live in.

Each person is unique with our own qualities and beliefs, so coaching helps to identify who we really are and what we really want, as well as what our core values are and what really matters to us.

The focus of the coaching is always on the client and the clients’ agenda.

The relationship between the coach and client is totally confidential at all times.

Jayne works with her clients so they really go for what they want in life, and helps them work through their limiting beliefs so that the beliefs they might have had for years that have held them back, no longer have any hold on them.

Empowering and motivating clients to get what they want is part of the work Jayne does. This also includes addressing the benefits of personal accountability.

Coaching sessions can be booked face to face or by telephone. We have coaching clients around the UK and some in other countries including the USA, France and Spain.
